Thank you for the great work there Silver. From an observation point of view, one would expect the SP to gather momentum as we approach the EOFY and the anticipated profit results. If the RE spot prices maintain current levels, the results should exceed market expectations. I would expect investor awareness to drive the SP gradually upwards between now and the EOFY, providing there aren't any drastic market corrections that may happen between now and then.
Even if the bond market spooks investors, one would expect the smart money to abandon speculative stocks, like the BNPLs and head for the solid earners, like Lynas.
