I genuinely believe the Malaysian government doesn't understand the differentiation between nuclear powered and nuclear weapon. Why would it? It has had difficulties with grasping with unsafe radioactivity and safe radioactivity. Are the sands of Langkawi still more naturally radioactive than LYC by products?
