Mikaj states he is working off 100% Lynas NEXT rate of which LAMP is currently capable, 1800t NDPRpq or 7200tpa. He is projecting for the next 12 months, which could see LAMP production jump feom the current 75% to the 100% if logistics and other issues do not impact. So yes, these are projections. My figures are not just for revenue, I have allowed for production costs of A$100m pq or A$400m per year which I think not unreasonable, considering Amanda has previously said moving to 100% did not negatively impact cost per unit due to scale. With SEG, La, CE easily contributing even just A$150m to A$200m per year, revenue less costs easily encroach on plus minus A$1billion. Of course tax, depreciation etc. come into profit calculations, but these are just estimates and Mikaj has based his analysis on historic data and analysis. Of course these projections are at current RE prices and current forex rates, all very favourable and subject to fluctuation. Again, this just gives an indication of the huge potential over the next 12 months if LAMP is able to overcome the current logistics limitations and ramp up unfettered to 100% of NEXT rate.
