No problem, but the facts were in the posts to which you responded. It's a matter of understanding what is being posted. Also, glad you're now aware of some US government funding for the US plants. It is likely that more funding will be made available for the heavies, although they can be viewed as one plant.No doubt some of the information discussed will be reflected in Lyc technicals down the track.
