Simply No. Pouts charts do express market sentiment for Lynas but a very small window of time. A much more powerful influencer of Lynas stock price is overall market attitude. Back in September the Market was very bullish on all stocks. All indexes were setting new high PEs. Starting about late October this sentiment went very bearish in one of the quickest turns I have ever seen. Now Stock prices did not react to this till late December and now Mid January we see it taking over all stocks. Especially those with high PEs and high MC to book value. read all the indicators I posted that changed from Strong bull to strong bear while Lynas was still rising. Charts of Lynas did not show this, Market sentiment did. Read over there and comment if you disagree. Its after 1:00 PM in AU and stock is already at 9.32 which says good by to Pouts support level.
