I'm back in for a small stake at 0.32 for a longer hold this time.

Made some coin trading this low 20's when I traded them with 100k parcels but done a lot of research into them, this time a longer term hold is the strategy, if they get sold down theres scope to double up my portfolio.

deb, NTA and occupancy rates look sound and still a strong chance of a healthy distribution. 60cents within the year is feasible. The "Babcock" name is keeping a lot of poorer educated punters away IMO, so I don't mind getting the discount on their lack of DYOR which MT / LT will have equilibrium restored to the SP.
