My view is that the opposite will occur, and a good many sheep will jump ship if Lynas hits 45 cents, especially if the general market turns bearish - they will be happy to get their money back.
If I knew how to paste a chart for you I would - as I mentioned above the technical picture for Lynas is bearish
I see a massive descending triangle forming on the Lynas daily chart
The downward slope of the triangle evident joining the peaks in October 2009 and January 2010
The flat base of the triangle from early November 2009 and March 2010
This is potentially a major bearish technical development in the Lynas chart and if it breaks and close below the flat base (around 46.5 cents) of the triangle, then I measure the initial downside target to somewhere like 38 cents
