No is the answer... people just don’t like to get told to wait they want their money yesterday because they are greedy.... it’s easy to leave your 2 cents when the stock price is down but when it is up you will be no where to be seen along with all the other down rampers, usually people who down ramp lost out and sold at a loss and they make themselves feel good by spreading negativity
