Whirlpool claims to be the world's largest appliance maker, @Jardani.  It makes and sells HEPA air purifiers.  While these products might generate a minor portion of profits, Michigan-based Whirpool would be aware that there is a very large unmet potential in global purifier markets.  All the more reason to hook up with other Michigan businesses that supply purifier tech superior to HEPA tech. Hence the logic of trialling $PO3's FRG.
