I have way less than 0.1% of my wealth in PO3. You're right I have been buying on the way down, just like I was selling on the way up taking what pips I could to increase my holding and lower my price. Not an easy task on an illiquid stock but even a speccy punt should warrant a little effort. But the money I have in PO3 is exactly what I said, a speccy punt.

I've noted a number of times to not get excited about non-fundamental news/events and not put next month's mortgage repayment into PO3.

I have commend you on concern for the common man and the common good.

PS. Did you manage to find out what was in the neutralizing filter? My guess was activated carbon. Either that or ground unicorn hooves.
