After researching PO3 and Somnio Global ( S G ) I feel they are almost the same company , I believe they will merge at some point in the not to distance future, S G may be using PO3 as the vehicle to publicly list on the ASX/US market. This is possible the best way to obtain value locked in a private company, S G seem to have given PO3 a lot of "rights" to technology for no real financial reward IMO. Luck PO3 !!!

My question for you is do you have any idea what SG is worth as a private company?
If SG was worth $600 M and PO3 was to achieve $25 /share, about $600M, a straight merger of 1:1 would result in about 60 million shares in the resulting company ,that is PO3. But would be still very illiquid ,perhaps a share split of 1 for 5 may then solve this situation to some degree !
