    Still in its downtrend for the past...forever. However, if it sticks at this level another month, or pops up to 17c, it will technically break that downtrend.

    I guess we need that to coincide with an announcement that binge drinking is good for your health, and then we'll be off and racing.

    Also, it helps that IEF has a large buffer on its covenants.
