    Not a bad assumption Nuke except that the Directors don't need to use any of their money to exercise their options .. they just use shareholders cash for that :)

    My "out on a limb" theory is that part of the WN terms of the raising is that they acquire the max number of shares they can at $4 and to achieve this they need the Directors to sell out too. I'm thinking more and more this smells like an orchestrated acquisition to me.
