As long as the stock price heads above $5 , the RAIL issue is a non issue as they can raise the necessary funds to build one of need be on their own! Can issue 250mill extra shares at $5 and borrow another 500mill+ from bankers. With 500mill in annual NPAT theyll easily get it.

The REAL ISSUE is getting the share price above $5 so that they can raise capital to do it all on their own if need be without diluting shjareholders too much

So the higher the share price the better

they can do it all on their own if need be as long as share price keeps steadily heading up

***I wouldnt do a cap raising until the share price is 6bucks so that they can raise at about $5. The higher the better.
