I think that with a BFS they will get a capital raising away at a very slight discount to the price. Even an outside chance at a premium given that there are very few shares on offer for someone wanting to build a stake.
A BFS will bring the serious money out imo. (and will also have resolved the rail issue).
A share price of $6 would allow a raising to be done well north of $5, and conservatively the D:E ratio would be 60/40 to make the economics stack up best.
Starting to think that severe dilution can be avoided.
