two out of three directors are allegiance directors and major asset is allegiance shares.

imo the company is being maintained as abolthole for agm directors in case a t/o bid is made for agm.

again imo nothing will be done by them in regard to the tenements as gul is a vehicle to hold agm shares.

trying to contact the directors is a useless exercise as they have nothing useful to say.

if you really want to talk to them i would suggest you turn up unannounced at their office.
