yes, its been like that for the last 24 months, just becoming more evident recently
no one has an appertite for risk
so what is happening is that companies are not getting much support from the market until they have de-risked their projects
plently examples of this and IDC is far from the only company going hrough this right now
what this says is that investors what a risk free return but there are no such things
this plays into the hands of institutional investors who have a vastly more sophisticated undertanding of what they are doing
