so what is happening is that companies are not getting much support from the market until they have de-risked their projects
plently examples of this and IDC is far from the only company going hrough this right now
what this says is that investors what a risk free return but there are no such things
this plays into the hands of institutional investors who have a vastly more sophisticated undertanding of what they are doing
