The $10m in the bank is more important than anyone has commented. The Board were ‘boo hooeed’ for raising capital when they had previously said they had enough cash to get them through to 2020.
They may well have been just about to enter negotaiations with a distributor and the capital raise to get to $10m cash at bank gave the balance sheet strength, a position of strength in negotiations. Potentially a great strategic move
