You posted a chart and you have your reasons so good on you -no complaints from me -only compliments.

If you look at Dec 17th, MACD lines were also bearishly diverging.

Should auger well for the future if you look at the SP to 12th January, from a low of .017 to a high of .051.

Fundamentals are great for market phsycology -but they can't always predict the future.
