I beileve charts are an excellent tool,but it is just one tool and you need others.

Lets take your low of .072. When did it happen? About the end of the month.That gives me the indication that an insto may have finished unloading.

Because SIE could not hold .09 after a good announcement means some big holders were unloading,and there was some big sell orders around .097.

Has WBC finished? It is the end of the month

It appears to have support at .082 for the moment but time will tell.

These small cap stocks can be manipulated very easy so technicals can be misleading.

I have bought back in at .082. Lets see.
