Make up your mind kiddo...when this stock was in an uptrend, you were calling $4 for takeover and now its in a downtrend, you are calling 2c. Whats it gonna be? Somewhere in between?
The truth is spec stocks with no revenue are almost impossible to value so nobody really knows but the trend is always your friend in TA.

What I do know is that a placement was done at 4c back in November and Jim Dorrian coughed up 250k of his own cash for that CR. So I will go out on a limb and call that will be the floor in the short term. If there are no news flow in the next 6 months, then perhaps it may go lower or perhaps not. But I have a feeling we are close to the bottom or support levels here.
