2 reasons can justify the sell of a major sharreholder
a) the board (of this big sharehodler)make decision to have X% in small companies and Y% in blueships... They dont want discussion..Just decided (diminishing the entire exposure from 10 to 5) and thats it.Kar just part of this macro decision.
b) another reason could be the major sharehodlers is also a shareholder of dozens of others and he sees a short term fantastic opportunities in something else(better than..)
c) other possibility they achieved their target..They calculate if I begin sell at 7 and finish at 4 the average will be 5.50... maybe their average buying price was 4..meaning they mature their target doing 40% in 1 year and something.
d) maybe "never" the big holder sold any share because he was the guy that was in the other side buying (but picking of his own shares,the remain ones the other sellers through into the market.
