Trial is run so that it is Scientifically robust, showing a cause and action that is repeatable. They are not run for the benefit of shareholder anxieties.
Reading between the lines they had to re-design the Trial once the Food effect issue came to light. This would mean re-recruiting patients etc.
Is a complete balls up, but we need to get the result. Is either positive or negative.
If it's negative I am out. If there are interesting things, but not a full positive, I won't be giving them much benefit of the doubt either.
