Once on the gravy train, these people never want to get off - for all the obvious financial reasons.
Just look at how long the former CEO clung to the Little red Caboose before her grip failed.........
You have to admire their tenacity - so similar to grubby politicians - but you can't respect their integrity.
A fail is a fail and somebody has to bear the price of failure.
A Board endorses a CEO and when they fail it is a reflection on the whole Kitchen Cabinet.
Out they should all go in an orderly conga line............
