These guys seem to be experts at avoiding speeding tickets.
No ticket when, in June, sp went from 22c to 34c in a few days and now, no ticket jumping from 29c to 37c.
Must have some of that new-fangled stealth anti-radar paint the yanks are developing for their fighters.
