So here are my comparisons (not to be used as advice) to the previous bounces after massive spits (this is a YTD, daily chart - LT view).
I'd love your guys and gals opinion in what you see.
April:
- Overbought, low volume, poor bounce after ann, increasing sell momentum on MACD
July:
- Oversold and Stochastic momentum did not bounce with the price, therefore remaining oversold.
- Higher volume although the volume was on the sell side.
Nov/Dec:
- Oversold signal although there is a clear upward crossover.
- Steep MACD moment to the upside.
- High volume on the buy side.
- Strong bounce closing the gap on the EMA.
Disclosure I classify myself as a novice so make sure you DYOR and base your decisions on that.
