There R lot of angles to investing and making a call. Technicals is one tool that helps to confirm certain things but not all the time.
SGH scenario and price levels are an exceptional situation.
By the time technical turn completely price would be up 300-400% from 60 or by the time GAN says buy rpice will B above 333 if not 356. same for other technical.
Of course certain indicators are turning up and giving preliminary signals.
