15m odd traded, second highest (so far) volume for the last 3 yrs or more, price spike, copper ann of unknown value, but potentially massive.

if you hadn't heard of rmg and you looked at a chart tonight and read the ann, you might have a punt I'd suggest. could be the old steady rise for the few days after the ann as the info disseminates into the market...
