Charts can be helpful at the good stable financial times .....like pre -2007 , especially with banks .
Times like this ones , and with companies like ANP , there is NOTHING positive or negative to back up a chart .
Is all in the air , and the SP will increase/degrease , according to the number of manipulators , and the quality of announcements .
IMO thats how is , was , and will be .
But and again , i am only human .I can be wrong .
