The REASON why the sp is 3c is because the market views Monash in a VERY credible way. Fact.

Where do you think the sp would be if the $4m at 1.33c was being issued to your run of the mill microcap "soph investor"?

Probably ~ 1.0c or less imo.

Monash are not a "soph investor" type who are going to exit the coy at an unknown time in the near future and therefore create uncertainty in the sp from day 1. They are our initial Cornerstone investor who are going to HOLD their shares and GROW the coy as a real business...as the term CSI implies.

They are going to commit to build the 1st module. Do you realise how BIG that is??

You quoted some of the ann...but the section below is WHY the sp is at 3c...
