Hi JenLyn, I am not sure this company could be regarded as healthy in all respects. A quick read of the audit report and Notes in the 2012 financial statements might help you understand the major risk this company faces in the near future. A problem that I cannot see that it has resolved in the last six months or so - perhaps that reflects how difficult the issue is.
I had shares in another company that had disclosed similar warnings last year, and a Bank pulled the pin - the assets were then sold at a knock down price to the major shareholder. I am honest enough to admit that this helped contribute to losing my nerve on COK and I sold prior to the recent spike in the price.
If COK can work up a stronger debt/equity position then I believe it should have a bright future.
With the AGM coming up the directors will need to have some confident answers on the adequacy of debt and capital going forward. As always, do your own research.
