    ...and from a fundamental point of view: the company SUCCESSFULLY raises $200m of convertible bonds at a conversion price that is at a big premium to the current share price AND with flexibility to cash settle them (instead of conversion) AND with the ability to issue more bonds, and at 7% interest...

    and the share price falls??

    time to buy for sure.
