If Linc had done a traditional CR to raise 200 mill @ 10% discount these are my figures
VWAP $2.70 ... issue price 2.43 ... ~83 mill shares issued
Result ... diluted SP then worth $2.64.
So I heartily agree ... today's sell off is overdone.
[Mind you I am no expert at this stuff ... happy to be corrected]
