Yes the share price kind of broke out yesterday when it hit 10.5c . I guess it depends on your trading timeframe as to which charts you go by.
I see the weekly more as an ascending triangle.
The weekly FAR chart;
As you can see the share price is currently sitting above the ascending triangle so there is a temporary breakout. However the week isn't over yet so this part of the weekly candle may end up as an upper reel if the share price closes the week lower than current price. If so, it's not really a breakout. We're practically at the apex now though so the breakout if it hasn't happened will be within the next week (ie. the next candle).
