This company just popped up on my radar as a value investor its numbers are in a good place (P/E and P/BV) but after further investigation.. The management does not seem to be doing a good job, the share price has halved and the main income product has just lost its patient.
If the managment blows more $$$$$ on a the patient due to expire in 2017 this will really show some signs of it becoming a shell with a good pay check for directors and a frustrating few years for long term holders. That said the company has plenty of upside at the current levels, managment just needs to show what it plans to do for their big pay checks to create value for the holders that they have taken the profits of the company off (dividends) to either use as working capital or keep them employed for a few years and put the profit in their pockets.
Just my opinion but I will keep a close eye on this stock and if managment deliver in the best Interset of the company could be a good investment..
