    Yes it's been very disappointing and the ship is still drifting with rocks in sight.

    There are rowers rowing in all directions so the ship is going around in circles (at best)

    For this one to recover we need a Captain to set the course and somebody to beat the drum. You never know, sometimes it takes a crisis for a leader to emerge
