My assumption is that folks bought in after the premature meteoric rise to $7+ and after the momentum of the those few hot ANNs the silence and forthcoming reporting got some spooked. Once the sell off started FONGO kicked in and also some mid term holders looked to protect their profit. Some salient points above about some new holders not really understanding the business and merely buying (and then selling!) on momentum. Just my 2 cents based on what we publicly know.
