ASX200 entry is not exclusively based on Market Cap. ASX:NEA was approximately 180th in terms of MC prior to the rebalancing but did not make the cut until MYOB was bought out by KKR, which took ASX:MYO out of the ASX200, and pushed ASX:NEA in.
