I think Lev probably always has an order in the market when he can. 140k shares is more than the average daily volume, it takes days/weeks to buy that much without moving the share price, especially as volume has been lower than average lately. Lev is raking it in from his various business interests and seems to live a pretty frugal lifestyle, so the cash has to go somewhere.
