Matthew Howard biography

Matthew Dominic Howard has been Company Secretary and Executive Director of Strategic Elements Ltd since February 4, 2011. He has worked with some technology companies. He has worked across the Asia Pacific helping to drive and close transactions with some Fortune 100 United States technology companies across a range of industry sectors. He is recognized internationally as a business and technology specialist. He has a combined Finance and Information Technology degree, is a graduate of the Australian Chartered Secretaries program and is completing a Masters in Finance.

Elliot Nicholls biography

Elliot John Nicholls has been Executive Director of Strategic Elements Ltd since January 7, 2009. He has worked in corporate advisory focusing on financial analysis and business model development. He has worked with clients in the mining and resources, oil & gas and industrial sectors including Rio Tinto and Hismelt. He has experience in financial analysis of infrastructure projects in Australia and has been involved in projects investigating and resolving inter-company financial matters throughout the Asia-Pacific for Telstra Corporation. He holds a Bachelor of Electronic Engineering with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from The University of Western Australia.
