I have not been with this company for anywhere as long as you but I wonder if SOR had the collaborations it has today with UNSW school of materials Science and Engineering, CSIRO as well as Honeywell (fortune 500). Fundamentally the company seems to have strong collaborations which to me anyway implies a higher probability for success. I would also add that this memory ink which as you say has been in development for 5 years could be due to technological maturation. These are all emerging technologies which require immense testing and understandably failed prototypes to figure out what works and what doesn't.

The cynical side of me agrees with you on the BOD selling their shares leaving a sour taste but the collaborations SOR have is IMO its strongest case for why the company will improve their technology and more importantly increase market cap.
