yes mike....it's just sitting at the moment....but that's fine...it'needs a breather after up 163% in the last 12 months
as reported by The Advertiser yesterday. We are entering into the FY 2010 in a few days where Cust will be declaring + 31.5 cps share profit at the end of it. On a PE of 10 that's over $3.15 a share..on the market average now of 14..that's $4.41 a share. So at 2.18 that it's going to be up 45% to 102% not including the dividend. I look at my investment property and I'm going to get around 6% capital gain over the same period. Hmmmm...with new home owners grant running out in Dec and record low interest rates it's very tempting to sell.
