I was also of the view that these "Turn Key" agreements usually cost a hell of a lot more because of the "Unknown's" ....that's imo why someone like BRN would pay socionet that bit extra to take the sting out of the additional unknown costs out of the equation ........ then in turn I would think and expect that Socionext would have done their DD homework and costings before taking on such a project in the first place.
