    Venture capitalists normally want a LOT for a LITTLE. Zuckerberg faced the same problem when trying to start Facebook. Alto Capital provided a fair and reasonable valuation with a clear path to IPO. David Budge has ended up with 44% of a $55M company. If he had accepted VC monies, I doubt very much if he would be in this position.
