Errantly and erratically, it should be trading above $10 if the TBill bond market is to be believed, they follow Fisher, and I assume the fact that Australian consumer confidence means an interest rate is less likely put the sellers into TCL from $9.82: so the ASX is being sensible for a change and responding to multi-factor signals, either that or pot luck, I still think $10 is a more realistic SP for it but that would explain my existing "buy" sentiment. It is a defensive as well and has not been re-rated like the other defensives in the market: AGL, CTX, SYD and APA.
