I'm scratching my head wondering why Galbally converted his options to shares when he didn't have to yet.
What happens to an option (like SENOA) if a company is taken over?
A. Does is automatically convert to a share?
B. Does the original conversion date along with the terms and conditions stand?
C. Are they cactus?
My guess is B but I don't know.
