    There is a law against this, it's called Selective Disclosure, under rule 3.1

    IMO it would be highly unlikely and highly risky for 2 directors to discuss potential sensitive SP information to a select few. Unless they replied to all questions with a constant "See very recent quartely announcement""

    All has to go through the ASX.
