actually technology will destroy many thousands of jobs and this is happening now.
its not just the low paid unskilled that will be affected either. the medical field and advertising are just two examples where robots and technology are making inroads.
google and apple (and others) are working feverishly in trying to create algorithms that will determine the health of people. they have access to the complete health system in the us.
to date the diagnosis of these programs has been reasonably accurate.
is this a reason for our govt wanting to put our health records on a central database so they can sell them?
