    "Does anyone have an idea if the technologies become more valuable to processors as raw material costs fall - or not?"

    My thoughts are that the PROVEN plant will become more valuable over time. The raw materials,spent pickle liquor,and iron fines, are a waste burden to the producers of long steel. So the value of the tech. is going to rise.
